Generally, we recommend one portable restroom per 10 guests for a 4-hour event. However, factors such as food/alcohol service, event duration, and VIP requirements may change this ratio. Our specialists can help you determine the exact number during your consultation.
Units must be placed on a firm, level surface (concrete, asphalt, or packed dirt) within 40 feet of a paved surface. This ensures our service trucks can safely access the units for cleaning and pumping.
Yes, our luxury restroom trailers are fully equipped with elegant interior and exterior LED lighting to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for your guests during evening events.
The renter is fully responsible for any theft or damage that occurs while the unit is on their property. We highly recommend adding our optional Damage Waiver protection to your rental agreement.
If a unit is blocked or inaccessible on your scheduled service day, our drivers will attempt to contact you. If access cannot be granted, the unit will remain unserviced until your next scheduled route day, or a return-trip fee may apply.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and corporate checks. Payment must be cleared prior to the delivery of the trailers.

To ensure availability of your preferred luxury trailers, we recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance for weddings and large events, especially during peak seasons (Spring and Fall).
